Before the production begins, each material undergoes a food contact safety test.
From injection molding to final assembly, each production step has designated inspection points. Defective components will be immediately identified and removed – ensuring they do not enter the next stage.
Every device will undergo a comprehensive test before packaging:
Electrical safety tests (dielectric strength, insulation resistance, grounding)
Function tests (uniform heating, temperature accuracy)
Appearance inspection (appearance defects, labels, accessories)

Service life (switch, thermostat, heating element)
Coating adhesion and scratch resistance
Drop and impact resistance
Accelerated aging and moisture resistance
